Registration is required to use certain functions (live streaming, chat, calls, gallery). Upon registration, the following data shall be collected:
User name and display name
Email address
Password (encrypted stored)
Gender (optional)
Role (Streamer / Viewer)
The processing takes place on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR for the implementation of the user contract.
3.3 Live streaming and WebRTC
For the provision of live streams and video/audio calls, we use WebRTC technology. Audio and video data are transmitted between users in real time. The data transmission takes place peer-to-peer or via our SFU server (Selective Forwarding Unit). Chat messages during the stream are stored in our database.
3.4 Payment Data (Coins)
When purchasing coins, transaction data (amount, date, payment provider) is stored. Payment data is processed by trusted payment service providers. We do not store complete credit card data.
The processing takes place on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR.
3.5 Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the case of follow-up inquiries. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

§ 1 Scope of application
These terms of use govern the use of the platform "DirtyDeal Live" (hereinafter "Platform"), which can be reached under the domain dirtydeal.de. The platform is operated by [company name] (hereinafter "operator").
§ 2 Registration and user account
The use of the platform as a streamer or active viewer requires registration.

The user must be at least 18 years old. Minors do not have access to the platform.

§ 3 Content and prohibited behavior

In the event of violations, the operator reserves the right to delete content, block accounts and initiate criminal proceedings.
§ 4 Streaming and WebRTC
Streamers are themselves responsible for their transmitted content.
The streamer agrees that its audio and video stream will be transmitted to viewers.
The recording of streams by viewers is prohibited without the express consent of the streamer.
The operator does not assume any guarantee for uninterrupted streaming availability.
§ 5 Coins and Payments
Coins are a virtual means of payment within the platform. They have no monetary value outside the platform.
Purchased coins are non-refundable unless required by law.
A statutory right of revocation according to § 312g BGB exists for digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, provided that the user has expressly agreed that the execution is started before the expiry of the revocation period and he loses his right of revocation if the contract is fully fulfilled.
Coins can be used for tips, calls and gallery content.
The misuse of coins (e.g. through fraud or manipulation) leads to account blocking.
§ 6 Remuneration for streamers
Streamers can earn coins through tips from viewers.
The payout is made in accordance with the separate payout conditions.
The operator reserves a commission according to the current payout conditions.
Section 7 Liability
The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as according to the Product Liability Act.
In the event of slight negligence, the operator is liable only in the event of breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) and only in the amount of the typically foreseeable damage.
For content uploaded or streamed by users, the respective user is responsible. The operator does not make foreign content its own.
The operator reserves the right to remove content immediately after obtaining knowledge of unlawful content (§ 7 Abs). 2 TMG, Art. 14 DSA.
Section 8 Termination
The user can deregister his account at any time or Delete contact of support. The Operator may terminate accounts without notice in the event of breaches of these Terms of Use.
§ 9 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of UN sales law.
Exclusive place of jurisdiction is [place of operator] insofar as the user is a merchant or a legal person under public law.

Go live: Streamers can start a stream via "go live". This is allowed for streamers and administrators.
Spectators: Click on a live stream in the overview to join as a viewer.

Calls (video/audio calls)
Start the call: Visit the contact page and click the phone or video icon at an available streamer.
Costs: Calls cost coins per minute. The price is displayed before the call.
Technical requirements: A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with camera/microphone access is required.
Coins
Purchase: Coins can be purchased through the "buy coins" page.
Use: Coins can be used for tips, calls and gallery content.

Why does my stream picture turn black?
This may be due to an unstable Internet connection. Try to reload the page. On mobile devices, the stream can pause when the tab switches to the background – return to the tab to continue the stream.
Can I record my stream?
The recording of streams is prohibited without the express consent of the persons involved.
Calls and Coins
How much does a call cost?
The price per minute is set by the respective streamer and displayed before the call.
Can I get coins back?
Purchased coins are basically non-refundable. For technical problems, please contact support@dirtydeal.de.
How do I get my earned coins as a streamer?
